Leonidas Credit LLC ("Leonidas Credit," "we," "us," or "our") provides a business-to-business accounts receivable transparency and reconciliation platform for licensed cannabis cultivators and processors. The Site is intended for U.S.-based business users who are 21 years of age or older and is directed to duly licensed cannabis operators and approved business counterparties, subject to verification and onboarding requirements. We may decline access, demonstrations, or engagement at our discretion.

Cannabis remains a controlled substance under United States federal law, and its production, distribution, and sale are legal only under the laws of certain states and subject to specific regulatory requirements. Leonidas Credit provides software and data services that support businesses operating under applicable state law. We do not produce, distribute, sell, transport, possess, or otherwise handle cannabis or cannabis products, and we do not take custody of cannabis-derived proceeds. Leonidas Credit is a software and data services company. Our platform provides visibility into sell-through activity and accounts receivable. Any payment, lending, or money movement functionality referenced as part of our long-term strategy would be delivered through licensed partners and is not represented as currently available. References to future capabilities describe our roadmap and are not offers of a current product. Our roadmap and any described future capabilities are subject to change, delay, or cancellation at any time, may never be delivered, and Leonidas Credit undertakes no obligation to develop or deliver them.
